Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

I think it’s biased to say that smoothies are a breakfast thing. That’s rare for us . . . smoothies are more of a supper or lunch thing here. We make this healthy smoothie a few times a week. In fact, my five year old (who is a fussy eater) asks for it on a regular basis.
We keep frozen blueberries and pineapple in the freezer (yay Costco!) so we are (almost) always ready for a smoothie.
For kids young and old, it’s the best smoothie recipe out there. No seriously. Don’t take our word for it, give it a try. 😉
